The restaurant is a part of this home, designed by who practices her art in the kitchen: Valentina.

At the table there are never fewer than a dozen people, Valentina, Carlos, the six children and those who work here at Santa Anita.

The restaurant and sitting room are also places chosen for evening gatherings or reading during siesta time. Here is where – as in all farms – small “treasures” are kept, those that life brought to Santa Anita and that the family treasures with love.

Like a piano that belonged to “Cuchi Leguizamón, a legendary musician from our region. Or the magnificent paintings and pottery made by Valentina, all of these by the warm fireplace, that is presided by a portrait of General Güemes, a hero from the Independence Wars. During both summer and winter, this is a corner where late evening unending talks come about, accompanied always by a good wine and the cheese made and matured at Santa Anita.

The windows that open on to the interior courtyard and surrounding environment reveal the view of yet another of this farm’s magical corners.
